This show is inspired by the writings of H.P. Lovecraft and his Cthulhu Mythos. You will hear readings of his works, and horror or ghost stories by other authors. The Lovecraft "period" is primarily the 1920's and you will also hear history and music from that period.
The aim is to provide anything appropriate to that time frame. However anything "Lovecraft" like or spooky is likely to appear on this show. You are invited to contribute your stories!
It's an exciting release from the Cthulhu podcast today! Today's show contains the first part of a new story from T.C. Mcqueen. You may remember that T.C. wrote the fantastic tale "The Mask of Romek" which went out on episodes 100 and 101 of the podcast. This episode contains the first part of the sequel, called "The Wrong side of the Tracks". This story stands very well on its own, but if you have the time, why not go back and listen to 100 and 101 and get the full experience. :)
The show, of course, also contains the next part of Stanley's adventure and a 1929 Woolery track.
Friend-of-the-show and Lovecraftian author David Lindblad has just released a Kindle version of his story "Found Manuscript".It's a cracking story in the classic style, I give it "The Cthulhu Podcast Official Seal of Approval"
Here is episode 153, containing the next part of How I Found Livingstone, where Stanley finaly parts from Livingstone and starts towards home. Also included is the final part "The Shadow over Innsmouth" by H.P. Lovecraft.
